I feel acomplished today.

I finished my whole writing 120 portfolio, and an essay + reflective.
I read and took notes on three chapters of AP econ.
I drank a delicious smoothie.
I finished my POW.
I downloaded music.

(I deleted all my songs the other day on accident and did not have them on my computer since I just had my computer re-started or whatever.)

I realized I need a new journal.
I realized I have an exciting week ahead.
I realized it’s been a whole week.
I realized I have an extensive taste in music.
I realized I need a new pink pen.

I planned our thanksgiving dinner with my mother.

I already know who I'm asking to prom.

marinakayy:

Unless a guy asks me, which I doubt. I don’t know who it’d be.

I don’t care that it’s not a girl ask guy dance. Why should I care?

May 1st.

It’s going to be so fun : ) It’s okay I’m asking Nick. Who cares if it isn’t girls ask guys. Well, I kind of have to ask Nick because he doesn’t go to Aloha. Therefore, it’s my “duty”.

Yesterday: Amee come home with me after school, my mom fed us, we drove to get Marina at Aloha, we went to Marina’s and hung out for like 15 mins, left Marina’s and drove to Rocielle’s, got lost on the way to Rocielle’s, had a leader’s meeting at Rocielle’s, had an assembly at SEAS, went to Jin Wah with Tito Chris, Tita Marissa, Paulo, Rocielle, Ryan, Jachin, and Alberto, came home and slept.

Today: Finishing my writing 120 portfolio and finishing an essay, doing homework and finals stuff, going to SEAS for teaching at 3pm, then going to mass at 5:30pm with my parents, coming home and doing more homework and making sure all work is done.

Tomorrow: Going to 11am mass with Nick, coming home and being lazy and cleaning my room.

Monday: Final in acting. Turn in portfolio. Speeches in writing 120. POW 3 due in math, and test in AP econ.

Tuesday: Finals 1, 3 and 5. Meaning nothing, nothing and nothing all day : ]

Wednesday: Finals 2 and 4. Speech in writing 120, and math final.

Thursday: Thanksgiving dinner with family.

Friday: Black friday shopping with Nick, followed by New Moon, and dinner.

Saturday: No teaching. Probably doing homework- if any given. No plans yet.

Sunday: Mass. No plans after yet.

Monday: No school. No plans yet.

Just a tiny amount of pictures from camp. Would take too long to upload all of them, and too lazy.

November 16, 2009

Camp was this past weekend, and I think it was one of the best camps that I’ve gone to. I feel so fulfilled and I know that God is pleased with our work this weekend. The whole service team did such a great job. I’m so proud of how we’re growing spiritually and I know that we can do better.
I’m just going to say all my thoughts about the camp in bullet point form, no particular order except for what comes out of my head.
1- God is so amazing and strong and He was there all weekend and He is there now as we continue on with our normal lives.
2- I wish it could have been longer. It feels like it went by so fast.
3- I’m tremendously proud of people and I’m gonna copy pawlow and write individual paragraphs because I lack creativity and I’m lazy to try and be cool but I want to write about them.
Paulo and Rocielle- You guys are such great camp leaders, both of you know what you’re doing and you’re so convicted and you really had camp go great with all the hard work that you guys did to prepare and everything you do as area heads. I look up to both of you guys. I especially want to thank Rocielle for taking the time to help me with my talk, and give me advice and explain things that I wasn’t sure about and believing in me when I was nervous.
Daniela and Jachin- The two of you are such wonderful servants, you guys were so prepared and ready for the job, you did it with dedication and you guys made it run so smoothly, even with the whole thing about the priest and confession you guys never seemed to be lost or confused, you were on top of your game and made it look so easy : P
Aliz, Johanna, Kayleen- I am beyond proud of you girls. You were there for us all weekend and you were such good co’s. You guys were so nervous but you let God take over and pulled through and did the job so well, you guys trusted Him and gave it all your heart. You bonded with all the participants and really made me proud. You girls are such great sisters and I am really proud of you.
Jessica and Elise- The first time that I facilitated I did it with you guys, and this time I did too. Whenever we pray together before the pray-overs it makes me feel so close to God and to you guys and I know that you’re always there for me. It’s because of the energy that you guys give off and the trust that you guys have in me that makes me not be so nervous, and I know that you guys are always there to back me up or help with anything. You guys did such a good job. Especially Jessica because I know how emotional you were during Punky’s pray-over but you calmed down and pushed through for Katia’s and that makes me really happy.
Marina- I know how nervous you were to be in music min, but I know that you were ready and it took a lot of confidence to go up there and take the time to really learn the songs and sing in front of everyone and I’m so proud of you. I saw you grow so much this camp and I couldn’t be happier for you. I love you buffle, and I really am so proud of you.
Ryan, Alberto- You guys are such inspirational brothers, both of you worked so hard this camp, and you really go through to the participants, Ryan, you did a great job leading worship and I’m really proud of you. You guys never fail to amaze me with your unconditional love for everyone and your faith in God and what you believe in, you guys really get that across when you serve and that is so important. I love you guys so much because ever since I joined, you two and Paulo have really been so pastoraly (sp?) and you guys have always been there for everything.
Nick- I don’t think that I have ever been this proud of you ever in the past two years, ever. You really struck me this weekend, your sharing was from the heart and you did a great job as a facilitator, you were there for those kids and for God and that really showed. I think you made a really big impact on the participants. When you were worshiping, and I could hear you somewhere behind me…really praising God…I started to cry. I love you so much boyfrannn.
Neil- It takes dedication and love to take all the time to have music min practice and to drive here for camp all the way from Ontario. You are so fantastic at being music min head, and I think that you guys worked really hard and you made it run so good. I think that the music was so amazing and it was one of the most important parts and you made in run smoothly and stayed on top of the flow and all that and I think that it was one of the best camps musically because of all of your hard work. You guys really stepped it up.
Talks and Sharers- You guys really got the message across, you spoke from your heart and you made your talks and sharings be personal and not tense, you worked hard and all did such a beautiful job in your own ways.

My hand hurts and I’ll finish this laterrrrrrr.
